  • At this time, Earth Fashions ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Earth Fashions ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Return Policy

  • Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
    To return any EarthFashions.com purchase by mail:
    Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the receipt and note the reason why. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or issue you an exchange. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by writing it on your receipt. Circle the name and address where we should send the exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please let us know. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will not accept returns if: it is 30 days after receipt of merchandise, the order number and reason for return is not in the box.

    We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
